Any repairs are totally free including 2 way shipping for the first two years as covered under warranty, after that, any local watchmaker will be able to help you out. Oh and it's pretty affordable to repair compared to automatic watches.

Awe love that question, I randomly saw a watch review video on YouTube, I hardly understood half of what they were saying. So many new terms mixed with units and dimensions that were totally foreign to me.
